The young professionals had to prepare two dished (fish and meat) based on the set of the products that they randomly chose on the day of the competition. The dishes of the two winning chefs - Izzet Ayva (Grand Hyatt Istanbul) and Ilya Kuznetsov (Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow) taking correspondingly, the first and the second place in the contest - will be served at Heritage Restaurant for a fortnight from 10 to 24 October.
The Good Taste Series is an annual competition that cultivates emerging chefs from Hyatt hotels worldwide and celebrates cultural diversity, helps exchange their culinary knowledge, art and creativity with one another.
