KPMG invites you to take part in training session “Organizing counterparties due diligence: best practices and recommendation” sheduled on December 4, 2017 at KPMG office located at 10 Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya, Block C, 31 floor, Moscow. The training sessions is organized by Risk Consulting Department.

The training is based on the practical experience of KPMG experts in counterparties due diligence, launching the counterparties due diligence process and auditing its efficiency and compliance with applicable requirements of the Russian and international regulators. All the cases and practical tasks planned within the training are based on real project experience of KPMG team and demonstrate different options and stages of work in relation to counterparties due diligence and information searching.

Methodology of counterparties due diligence

Identification and prevention from conflict of interest

In addition, KPMG specialists will give a master class on working with public and official sources in some of the CIS countries and others jurisdiction as per participants’ requests. The most frequently requested jurisdictions will be reviewed during the training session.

After the training, the discussion session will take place within the KPMG business club, during which the guests will be able to share their experience in the covered topics, address questions and receive detailed recommendations.

—         Definition and identification of conflict of interest

—         Recommendation on searching information in the internet

—         The examples of work with official registers of Russian and CIS countries.

The training will run during one working day from 10:00 to 18:00. Following the event, you will receive personal certificates on completing this training. During the coffee break, you will be offered snack and drinks.
