Beginning October 1st, Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow is pleased to present Sunday brunches at The Park Restaurant, Executive Chef Sebastian Kellerhoff prepares special monthly themed menus to complement the restaurant’s brunch buffet. In addition to large selection of favorites from French, Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, Armenian and Russian haute cuisine, guests will enjoy a selection of new dishes representing original culinary traditions from all over the world.
For the whole month of October Sunday brunches will be complimented with authentic Indian cuisine. With its exotic ingredients and spices, Indian dishes will be cooked in our original tandoor. Enjoy aloo chaat (spicy potato snack), chicken tikka chaat (small pieces of boneless chicken marinated in spices and yogurt and baked after), jhinga achaar salad (salad with spicy pickled prawns) and other Indian favorites.
