A graduate of the State University of Management in Financial Management, Mrs. Skokova worked for 14 years in the Aeroflot company. She started her career in the hospitality business in 2005 as a Duty Manager in the Holiday Inn Moscow Lesnaya Hotel, and in 5 years shot up to the General Manager of Holiday Inn Moscow Sushchevsky. In 2011, the project of global re-branding within the world initiative of the IHG was successfully implemented in the hotel. In 2014, Marina was appointed as General Manager of Marriott Moscow Tverskaya Hotel. There her efforts played a major role in the implementation of a personalized approach to the guest experience, and in 2 years the GSS index increased 3 times.
In 2016, Marina furthered her multi brand background as the General Manager of the 273-room Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya, also operated by Interstate. Under her management, the GOP of the hotel increased significantly (+24%).
