Artyom Yegikyan started his hospitality business career in 2003 in F&B department of sailing cruise ship Royal Clipper, and then for several seasons has worked on sailing cruise ship Sea Cloud II. During this working period Artyom covered a half of the globe – the Caribbean islands, the Mediterranean, the Red, Adriatic, Ionic and Baltic seas, Bay of Bengal, the Suez Canal, the Atlantic and Indian oceans. Since 2006, he developed his career in hotel and restaurant business in Armenia, Kaliningrad, Moscow, Sochi and Gelendzhik, including 4* и 5* hotels of Rezidor Hotel Group where he worked as the Director of Food & Beverage. From 2014 Artyom Yegikyan led the Food and Beverage department at 5* Lotte Hotel Moscow for three years.
In his new role Artyom Yegikyan is responsible for overseeing all operational departments within Marriott Royal Aurora – front office, guest service, food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering and fitness center. “My main task is keeping the service and the product on the top level, – says A. Yegikyan commenting on his appointment. – The hospitality industry is developing fast, new hotels open every year and of course the new product is more attractive. Considering this situation, we constantly work on improvement of guest service and follow market tendencies to be on the high demand.
